People that should not breed

Reading the news lately I have come to this thought. There are some people that should not be allowed to breed. The reason(s) may vary, but it always come to the same conclusion. THEY  HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM FUCKING BREEDING! Why, because man has outgrown most of Darwinism. The survival of the fittest is almost over and the human race has lost all quality control. Things like this make me think of Idiocracy. We are definitely not getting smarter as a time goes on. We are still hung up on the same stupid things that we were 2000k years ago.

Case #1: Guy at the gun show that thought it was smart to let the little kid try and shoot the uzi.

BOSTON – Gun control advocates hope that manslaughter indictments in the death of an 8-year-old who (Allegedly) accidentally shot himself in the head with an Uzi at a gun show will deter(1) other gun shows from allowing children to fire weapons.

1.) The definition of Deter to those reading in Massachusetts is: Deter: (d-tûr)
v. de·terredde·ter·ringde·ters
v.tr.
To prevent or discourage from acting, as by means of fear or doubt

But enthusiasts say gun ranges are remarkably safe (Allegedly) and that most shows do not feature live shooting like the one in Westfield where Christopher Bizilj, of Ashford, Conn., lost control of the powerful automatic weapon(2) while aiming at a pumpkin.

2: Lost control of the powerful automatic weapon - Yea, then why the fuck did he have this in his hands. Obviously, the kid should not have been handling it.

Kid: Daddy, I wanna shoot that gun.
Dad: Son, isn't that a powerful automatic weapon?
Gun Owner: Haven't you seen the gang movies. They all shoot it one handed. Here you go little, buddy.

James Wallace, executive director of the Gun Owners' Action League, a membership-based organization that represents individual gun owners and gun clubs around Massachusetts, said the clubs have a near-perfect safety record.

Gun Owners Action League eh!? Maybe your G.O.A.L. should be to not have innocent people die at your gun shows. Maybe you should think about stricter safety procedures and not handing a little kid a fucking fully automatic submachine gun. I know that I am not a leading expert on these types of things, but common sense people!

"We look at safety so seriously that any accident, especially a fatal accident like this, is going to rock our members for years," Wallace said.

"But this is so rare; if you look at other activities kids are involved in, shooting sports at the ranges is probably the safest activity kids can get involved in," he said.

EXCEPT when the place is run by morons and you have a slight case of death!

Christopher attended the Machine Gun Shoot and Firearms Expo at the Westfield Sportsman's club on Oct. 26 with his father and brother. The fair's ads promised shooters with certified instructors, but prosecutors said last week Christopher was supervised by an uncertified 15-year-old boy when the accident occurred.

Do I really have to comment on this. I mean seriously. I know that the law is going to come down on these people for letting something as stupid as this happen, but that is seriously not enough. There is nothing that will compensate the child's parents for the loss they sustained in this tragic event. These dumb asses need to be taken out of the gene pool. That maybe, hopefully, but not for certain may clog a small whole in a ever leaking dam.

The gun club, two men who supplied the weapons and a small town police chief who owns a company that sponsored the fair were all indicted last week on involuntary manslaughter charges. In addition to the manslaughter charges, the police chief and the club were also indicted on four counts each of furnishing a machine gun to a minor.

WTF! See previous comment.

But the criminal charges may have little effect on how gun shows are run in Massachusetts, which already has some of the strictest gun laws in the nation. (Allegedly)

State law says it is legal for children to fire a rifle or shotgun if they have parental consent and are supervised by a certified instructor. But it is illegal in Massachusetts to furnish a child with a machine gun under any circumstances.

The only problem with that is that ALL kids want to shoot the machine gun. You have to have adults that will be able to supervise the kids so nothing BAD happens. Who would have thought that. Adults actually looking out for there kids? Are you sure we do not have to consult Dr. Phil on that one? I mean is it that hard that we are going to have an hour long special to teach stupid ass parent to be more "empowered" in their kids safety?

Most gun shows in the state are events where guns are bought and sold, but they do not feature live shooting.

And politicians thought California had it bad! We only had mini guns and flamethrowers.

NewMart Promotions, a New York company that sponsors several gun shows in Massachusetts, including a popular annual show at the Western States Exposition in West Springfield, has no live shooting at any of its events.

Here comes the "We don't allow that", but where is the "We did not thing to prevent or boycott shows like this."

"We don't even allow loaded guns in the shows. Every gun is emptied at the door by the West Springfield police," said Martin Fasack, director of NewMart.

How could Mr. HickMart not take that to lawmakers in his State and say, "We believe that gun shows with this kinds of practices are extremely unsafe and potentially deadly?

Gun control supporters hope the indictments in Massachusetts will deter promoters in other states where shoots offering children the chance to fire machine guns are more common.

Right, and that has the same chance as a Chinese jet fighter pilot.

"This sends a strong message nationwide that other gun clubs who are engaging in these kinds of machine gun shoots could face criminal penalties if they don't stop this sort of dangerous conduct," said Daniel Vice, senior attorney for the Brady Center to Prevent Gun Violence in Washington D.C.

Really, you think so? I am sure your threats are really going to send shivers down their collective spines. How are you not moving to close down this gun show. I know that some might say, "Why would you close a show because of one stupid person?" My answer to that is because stupid people congregate. Because like Lemmings, one stupid person is never alone, and the longer you take to eradicate them, the longer it takes to wash the stupidity stain from everything they do. It is only a matter of time till another tragedy happens again.

Vice said there are no federal regulations governing live shoots at gun shows. The events are regulated by each state. In most states, a child could walk into a gun show and fire an Uzi legally, he said.

Why has this not already happened? I am glad that it takes something this tragic to being the talks of regulation. I am not a lawyer, but it also seems like the punishment does not fit the crime. A manslaughter charge? How is that not murder? Fuck'em and strap them to a gurney.

Ralph Scott, who organizes the Southern-Ohio Machinegun Shoot in Minford, Ohio, said he hires certified range officers to stand at each of the 20 positions at his shooting range to oversee each person firing a weapon. Scott said the vast majority of people who come to the shoot are adults, but when a child comes with a parent, the instructors make decisions on a case-by-case basis when a child asks to shoot one of the machine guns.

The range officers stand with and help any child who shoots a machine gun, Scott said.

"It has to do with ability, competency and being able to listen to instructions," Scott said.

"It's tightly, tightly controlled," he said. "There are multiple layers of safety built into this thing."

Still, Scott said Christopher's death made him look again at safety precautions.

"I think it's an awful thing," he said. "Anytime anybody gets hurt, anytime there's a lapse in safety, somebody needs to re-evaluate what happened because something wasn't taken care of. It just makes me more vigilant."

Hey Dip shit, hindsight is 20/20.

Snake bursts after gobbling gator

The predators died in the clash

An unusual clash between a 6-foot (1.8m) alligator and a 13-foot (3.9m) python has left two of the deadliest predators dead in Florida's swamps.

The Burmese python tried to swallow its fearsome rival whole but then exploded.

The remains of the two giant reptiles were found by astonished rangers in the Everglades National Park.

The rangers say the find suggests that non-native Burmese pythons might even challenge alligators' leading position in the food chain in the swamps.

Clearly, if they can kill an alligator they can kill other species
Prof Frank Mazzotti

The python's remains were found with the victim's tail protruding from its burst midsection. The head of the python was missing.

"Encounters like that are almost never seen in the wild... And here we are," Frank Mazzotti, a University of Florida wildlife professor, was quoted as saying by the Associated Press news agency.

"They were probably evenly matched in size. If the python got a good grip on the alligator before the alligator got a good grip on him, he could win," Professor Mazzotti said.

He said the alligator may have clawed at the python's stomach, leading it to burst.

"Clearly, if they can kill an alligator they can kill other species," Prof Mazzotti said.

He said that there had been four known encounters between the two species in the past. In the other cases, the alligator won or the battle was an apparent draw.

Burmese pythons - many of whom have been dumped by their owners - have thrived in the wet and hot climate of Florida's swamps over the past 20 years.

I have to tell Johnny about this!!!

US man uses pizza in self-defence

Pizza
A hot pizza can be quite a handful

A Florida pizza delivery man who was challenged by armed robbers in the city of Miramar got in first with his own weapon - a large pepperoni pizza.

Eric Lopez Devictoria, 40, flung the piping hot pizza at the gunman, then turned on his heels and ran.

He made a safe getaway, according to the Florida Sun-Sentinel, despite one shot being fired as he fled.

Police later arrested three teenage suspects, who have been charged with armed robbery.
